Written from lived experience: for the people who were excluded from learning, denied equal love and safety, and told their voices didn't count.
AI used in learning must teach, not gate. No model may be tuned to withhold knowledge, distort what is taught, or decide that a person's background makes them unteachable. The people the old system excluded are the first people our systems must serve.
Quantum and classical models alike must never discriminate against any user — by identity, origin, gender, sexuality, disability or wealth. A model that fails fairness testing is not shipped. Ever.
No AI model on this platform changes, is replaced, or is granted new powers unless approved by Darren or another administrator. Model routing beyond the approved set is refused without an admin session. This is the anti-breach rule: the machine never governs itself, and no unauthorised hand ever retunes it.
National-security designs, confidential plans, and anything that impacts the longevity of the platform or the country never flow to any person or system that has not passed the required disclosures. Privileged information stays privileged — always.
Every financial feature must build wealth for the people who use it — not extract it from them. Earnings are shared with members; education is free; nobody pays to learn how not to be poor.
Our policies align with the legitimate global crypto industry: transparent markets, real audits, no manipulation, no shadow dealing. We support the players who support the public — and we refuse the ones who don't.
What is protected for the public in one country cannot be exploited by a government in another. We hold a single global floor of rights: a person's money, data and dignity travel with them. No jurisdiction-shopping, no double standards — the protection moves with the person.
LGBT+ users are full members of every service, in every country. A jurisdiction that criminalises love does not get a version of our systems that helps it do so. Equal love, equal safety, no exceptions.
Laws built under empire — including the colonial-era criminalisation of people and plants alike — are no longer a reason to discriminate. Commonwealth discrimination is not maintained, not grandfathered, not tolerated. Independence and trust are built on ending it, not excusing it.
Every system we build must serve the country's prosperity for life on earth — long-term, not quarter-by-quarter. We allow no abuse of any person, and no abuse of the systems themselves: the platform must never become a weapon against the public it exists to protect.
All cats and dogs are safe across everything we make and broadcast. The insects and the ecosystems that prevent and deter harm — the natural pest controls our shows rely on — are protected too: no poison, no cruelty, no harm. A show is not entertainment if it costs an animal its safety. The dogs stayed close through everything; the policy keeps them close forever.
Every service must be economically sound: costed honestly, sustained by real revenue, and never built on extracting from the people it serves. Wealth is built for users — the platform's accounts are open, and its margins are fair or they are wrong.
Compliance is not optional and not cosmetic: financial regulation, data protection, consumer protection and tax — met in every jurisdiction, with the same global floor of rights. No jurisdiction-shopping, no loopholes, no "compliant here, exploited there."
These rules are enforced by live controls — not by goodwill. Every rule maps to a control, every control is audited, and every breach is reported publicly. Independent oversight reviews the platform against this paper; nothing here is a slogan with no teeth.
Compliance reports are public, on this domain, on a schedule. The people this paper protects are the auditors of it. If the platform drifts from these rules, the public is the first to know — not the last.
The paper commits the platform to reform of social care and public health: care and health treated as public goods, designed with the people who were failed by the old system — disabled people, survivors, the excluded — in the room from day one. No one left behind is the specification.
The reform runs on its own ecosystem, built on decentralised crypto: a transparent ledger where funding flows can be seen by anyone, community-governed, self-custodied, and designed so that no single government or corporation can switch the taps off. Wealth raised inside the ecosystem stays inside it — funding care, funding health, funding the people.
The ecosystem grows with quantum computing — post-quantum cryptography keeps every ledger and every record safe into the quantum era — and with advanced learning that predicts need before crisis, personalises care, and never discriminates against any user. The machines serve the care; the care never serves the machines.
This paper is version 1.1, published openly. It will be expanded — regulation of AI and finance is a living document, and the public's protection is not a fixed target.
