This is my account, in my own words and in my own voice. I am recording it because the harm has been daily and it has come by every medium — and because the only thing that makes the record true is that I keep saying it out loud. I make no claim about anyone's intentions beyond what I have testified to; these are my first-hand recordings, dated and unedited.

I recorded my truth while sitting through the lies — my own first-hand account, spoken by me, on 1 September 2026. These are my words about what happened to me; I make no claim about what anyone else said beyond what I have testified to. Listen in order.

📹 Discussions with Scottish MSPs — recorded in my own defence

On 5 September 2026 I recorded two discussions with Scottish MSPs. I made these recordings because, as a gay, disabled man, I was defending myself against an account of me that is not true — an account that followed me through my employment from 2019 to 2025, where the pressure of it built and built until the stress took over. When no one checked it for so long, the same untruths kept coming back with new faces, and I recorded my side so the record could never be rewritten again.

What these videos are: my own first-hand recordings of discussions I was part of. This is my account of what was said and what it meant. I make no claim about any person's intentions — the videos speak for themselves, and they are dated and unedited.

📅 The timeline of harm and attempts on my life

• 2018
  TESTIMONYPrescribed fentanyl patches, dihydrocodeine 30mg up to 8 a day, and amisulpride. I was not told what I was given, what it would do, or what it could take. I became "a walking zombie" until my family intervened. These drugs were found in patients' bodies when they died — and that harm was hidden, and patients were blamed.
• 2022
  TESTIMONYDisrepair and danger at 7 Combe Cruik begin to be documented: exposed wiring (an active fire risk), damp and mould, water leaking through window frames, a broken front door lock, and no working heating. Reports to the landlord from January 2022 onwards — ignored.
• 2026 · JUNE
  TESTIMONYReports to Jasmin Healy (10 June) and Danielle James (8 June) — answered with generic scripted responses claiming "no one knew", which is demonstrably false.

  TESTIMONYGas supply cut off by the landlord's staff after they caused further damage to the property. A disabled, housebound tenant left without heating and with an active fire risk.

  TESTIMONYSubject Access Request refused by the landlord under UK GDPR / DPA 2018 — a refusal I believe is a cover-up of evidence of historical and ongoing harm, including false police reports and false statements written on their headed paper.

  TESTIMONYPolice involvement left me injured and the matter was never pursued. I reported harm; I was the one left hurt; the landlord was "covered in silence". I was told my concerns were not there until I produced a screenshot proving them — and then ignored.

  DOCUMENTEDCourt case EDI-SD376-26. The full written response, evidence log and reasonable-adjustment request are lodged with Edinburgh Sheriff Court. The court granted a remote (Webex) hearing for 28 August 2026 — the first institution to treat my access needs as real.

🚨 What I have asked for, and what I received

⚖️ What I now formally ask of the UK police and government

1. Investigate the harm and attempts on my life since 2018 — including the prescription harm, the fire risk, the gas cut, and the incidents involving police — and provide a written outcome.
2. Investigate why my reports were dismissed until proof was shown, then ignored — this is a pattern, and patterns are evidence.
3. Comply with my Subject Access Request — the landlord must release the data they hold on me; refusal is a criminal matter under the DPA 2018.
4. Provide protection — I am a disabled, housebound, care-experienced person living with an active fire risk. Protection is not a favour; it is the law's promise.
5. Give me one named human being — one contact who owns this case and answers in writing.

📮 How to escalate this (the real routes)

1. Police Scotland complaints — complaints go to the Professional Standards Department; you can complain online at scotland.police.uk/complaints or call 101.
2. PIRC — the Police Investigations & Review Commissioner independently reviews how the police handle complaints: pirc.scot.
3. Crown Office & Procurator Fiscal Service — for crimes reported but not acted on, you can ask the COPFS to review: copfs.gov.uk.
4. Your MSP and MP — a constituent's written case, with this page as the public record, must receive a written response. Find yours at parliament.scot.
5. ICO — for the refused Subject Access Request: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
6. Scottish Public Services Ombudsman — for public bodies that failed you: spso.org.uk.

Each of these routes requires a written complaint. I can draft every one of them from this record — say the word and they're ready to send.
