The honest fix for voice: the NR5103E cannot carry voice calls — that's a hardware limitation, not a setting. Two real paths: (1) Three InTouch (free app — your SIM's number rings over any WiFi, no router change), or (2) network call forwarding (below) so calls to the SIM ring your VoIP/other number instead.

📞 Voice path — call forwarding (works TODAY, no hardware)

Dial these on any phone using the Three SIM, replacing <number> with where you want calls to ring (e.g. your VoIP line or +447467419528):

So: put the SIM in any cheap phone (or use Three InTouch), set forwarding to your VoIP number, and every call to that SIM rings your VoIP — over fibre, no copper.

💡 How to use the SIM's SMS today: log into the router's admin page (browser → router address → SMS section). Texts sent to +447407423150 appear there; you can reply from there. The platform's gateway tracks the number; a full two-way bridge can be built when you want it — it needs a small agent on your home network to talk to the router.
